Welcome to Snark Witch Gluten Free Goodies! I'm Amelia, your neighborhood "Snark Witch" ... a name I'd happily explain to you sometime at a pick up or farmer's market day. I'm proudly serving customers in the Richfield area delicious gluten free treats for holidays, special events and every day enjoyment. My hope is that my treats can make sharing a meal with your friends and families a little more accessible, a little easier, and make anyone needing to eat gluten free feel a little bit more welcome. I've been baking for decades, starting with pie and cookies with my dad as a kid, and expanding to cupcakes and layer cakes as an adult. Then came celiac. Now, a dozen years into my gluten free journey, I've mastered a lot of my favorite goodies in new ways. I wish it was really magic, but it was mostly trial and error and science.
